NBI: Intelligence agents to help find Pharmally’s Krizle Mago
MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Monday said it already ordered its intelligence agents to assist in finding Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. executive Krizle Grace Mago.
This developed after the Senate blue ribbon committee tapped the NBI to help locate Mago, who became out of reach by the Senate since her damning revelation against her company.
“The NBI has directed its intelligence and regional service personnel to help in locating Krizle Mago of Pharmally,” the NBI confirmed to reporters following the Senate’s request.
It has been three days since Mago last made contact with the Senate panel. Her last message, according to Senator Richard Gordon, chair of the Senate blue ribbon committee, was on Friday, September 24, at 7:47 p.m.
Mago, in her testimony before senators, admitted she was ordered to instruct Pharmally warehouse staff to tamper production certificates of face shields dated 2020 with new certificates dated 2021.
Her admission came after Senator Risa Hontiveros presented a video of a supposed warehouse employee, who claimed that “deformed, soiled and substandard” face shields meant for doctors and health care workers were supplied by the firm to the government.
The employee also said they were instructed to change the production dates of the face shields.
