P13.6 M shabu seized in Sulu drug bust, 1 arrested
MANILA, Philippines — Police seized an estimated P13.6 million worth of shabu and arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation in Indanan, Sulu last Tuesday, the Philippine National Police said on Thursday.
PNP chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar identified the arrested suspect as Yahiya Kadjuri. Two others, identified as Nurdalyn Sang and Tua Putol, were able to escape.
“I tasked the local police to conduct manhunt operation to arrest Kadjuri’s accomplices.
(It is also necessary to carefully investigate the extent of Kadjuri’s operation and who is supplying him with illegal drugs.)
