High-value target nabbed in Ilagan drug buy-bust

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela—A high-value target was arrested during a drug buy-bust operation Tuesday in this city, police said.
Investigators identified the suspect as Rodel Cabanos, who was arrested previously for similar drug charges.

Cabanos allegedly sold a sachet of “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover agent during the drug sting at Villa Jesusa Subdivision in Bliss village here.
The suspect will be charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Acts of 2002.
