The Philippine National Police will deploy this month more policemen ahead of the Christmas season after 92 percent of its personnel have been inoculated against COVID-19. PNP chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar said 45.46 percent of PNP personnel, or 101,302 had been fully vaccinated, while more than 103,276, or 46.34 percent, were awaiting their second doses. “We are hoping that by the end of this month all PNP personnel will be already vaccinated against the Covid-19,” Eleazar said. —DEXTER CABALZA
