Alleged drug pusher nabbed in Calapan City buy-bust

CITY OF CALAPAN––The police arrested an alleged drug pusher in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday in this city, a report from the Oriental Mindoro police said.

Eric Roxas, 45, a resident of Barangay Camilmil, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. after selling a sachet of suspected shabu (crystal meth) to a poseur buyer for P500 in Barangay San Vicente North.

Also confiscated from Roxas were four sachets of suspected shabu weighing 1.54 grams and valued at P10,472.

The suspect is now under police custody and facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022.
