MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Luzon will experience cloudy and rainy weather on Tuesday as the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) remains the dominant weather system in the country, the state weather service said.

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Aurora, Bicol Region and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
