The Vaccine Express is a program launched by Robredo’s office, where OVP would partner with local governments for a smoother administration of anti-coronavirus vaccines. Under the plan, OVP provides the system and the manpower to support local governments while the vaccine would be sourced from the city or municipality’s stock.
