KORONADAL CITY—At least five people were killed while three others were injured when a fish carrier truck collided with another cargo truck in Polunoling in Tupi, South Cotabato, on Friday, one of the survivors recounted during an interview by a radio station here.
Bonifacio Bonita said he and two other companions were on the fish carrier truck driven by Nestor Lambayan, which was heading for General Santos City.
He said Lambayan was killed in the impact while four people on the other cargo truck, whose identities were still being determined, died. Jeoffrey Maitem, Inquirer Mindanao
