Councilor’s daughter, son-in-law survive ambush in Cagayan town
TUGUEGARAO CITY––The son-in-law of an incumbent councilor was wounded after two motorcycle-riding gunmen ambushed him and his wife on Monday in Enrile town, Cagayan province.
Investigators said in a belated report that Gary Lappay, 36, son-in-law of town councilor Sergio Turingan, suffered a bullet wound on his shoulder.
