9 more PNP personnel in Central Luzon recover from COVID-19

OLONGAPO CITY – Nine more personnel of the Philippine National Police in Central Luzon have recovered from COVID-19 on Thursday, local health data showed.

The new recoveries brought down to 66 the number of active COVID-19 cases among the workforce of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).

So far, 1,846 virus-infected PRO3 personnel have recovered from the viral illness since last year. The number reflected a 96-percent recovery rate.

The PRO3 has recorded 1, 917 infections since last year and its death toll remained at five with no new fatalities in the past few weeks.
