UST law dean unveils 5th book

MANILA, Philippines — DivinaLaw managing partner Nilo Divina recently launched his fifth book, “Divina on Commercial Law: A Comprehensive Guide,” an annotated revision of a two-volume work of important fields of law.

The book tackles insurance, preneed companies, transportation, business organizations, securities, antimoney laundering, foreign investment, financial rehabilitation and insolvency, data privacy, and competition.

The book launch coincided with the blessing of the new office wing of DivinaLaw at 18/F Pacific Star Building in Makati.

Apart from being the founder and managing partner of DivinaLaw, Divina is also the current dean of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law.
