SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––Thirty-nine new cases of COVID-19 were reported in this province on Thursday (July 15), pushing the total number of its active cases to 378.

Provincial health director Dr. Noel Bueno said among the new patients were four police officers in the capital town of Iba.

The other latest cases include two fishermen and two workers inside the Subic Bay Freeport, the virus data showed.

Bueno said 11 of the infected patients recovered on the same day.

To date, the province has recorded a total of 3,805 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic was declared last year, with 3,331 of them having recovered and 95 died. INQ
