The new rule would be enforced starting on Wednesday (July 7). Travelers need to present vaccination proof (usually a card) along with negative non-reactive antigen test result that should be valid within 48 hours.

Without vaccination proof, travelers can present negative real-time polymerase chain reaction test results within 72 hours of the results’ release.

The new requirements would take effect until July 15. Negros Oriental remains on modified enhanced community quarantine, the second most stringent level of movement restrictions aimed at preventing transmission of SARS Cov2, the highly contagious virus that causes COVID-19, or its variants.
