Taguig resumes second dose vaccination for Sinovac

MANILA, Philippines — Taguig City on Tuesday has reopened the vaccination hubs for those who will receive their second dose of anti-COVID-19 vaccine Sinovac.

In an advisory, Taguig said those who are scheduled for their second dose on Monday and Tuesday may go to the following sites until 6 p.m. on Tuesday:

  • Bonifacio High Street – Sinovac
  • Venice Grand Canal Mall – Sinovac
  • Western Bicutan National High School – Sinovac
  • EM’S Signal Village Elementary School – Sinovac
  • RP Cruz Elementary School – Sinovac
  • Sea Breeze Resort – Sinovac
  • Vista Mall – Sinovac and AstraZeneca
  • SM Aura – Sinovac

The local government, however, said the administration of the first dose of any brand remains suspended.

Taguig on Monday announced the suspension of Sinovac usage for the first and second vaccination dose until a Certificate of Analysis (COA) can be obtained.
