CrazyHorse secures Bracket A lead in Aboitiz Cup

CRAZYHORSE now holds the top spot in bracket A after pulling past Subangdaku Football Club (SFC), 4-2, in yesterday’s men’s open matches of the 14th Aboitiz Football Cup at the Aboitiz Sports Field in Subangdaku, Mandaue City.

CrazyHorse had a sluggish start, allowing SFC to score two goals.

Before the first half ended, Joshua Fegidero, who also plays for Pachanga FC in the United Football League (UFL) Second Division Tournament, found his rhythm and pulled CrazyHorse abreast with two goals.

In the second half, Bernard Rotich added two more goals to seal CrazyHorse’s victory.

CrazyHorse now has 15 points after winning five of its six matches. Former no.1 team Queen City United (QCU) A stays at second place with 12 points.

In the second match, Panalpina World Transport exploded with a 21-0 routing of Sumaba FC, giving their victims their seventh loss in as many games.

Don Bosco (DB) Magone FC collected its third win against Don Bosco United Football Club DBUFC B, 3-1.
