Japan to ship 1 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine to Vietnam on Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines — The Japanese government will donate AstraZeneca vaccines to the Philippines, according to Japan Ambassador to Manila Koshikawa Kazuhiko.

“We’ll make sure to deliver them at the soonest possible time so no one gets left behind during this pandemic,” he said in a post on Twitter on Tuesday.
