Free flower delivery on Valentine’s Day

ON the day of the hearts, Feb. 14, letter carriers of Cebu Central and Lapu-Lapu City post offices will deliver fresh flowers, chocolates and other Valentine gift items.

Fresh flowers can be ordered from the two post offices, inclusive of delivery within selected areas in Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City.
