3 ‘most wanted’ persons nabbed in Pampanga
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Three people on the police’s “most wanted” list were arrested in separate operations in different localities of the province, authorities said Wednesday, June 9.
A statement from the Police Regional Office 3 identified the arrested suspects as Alfonso Bayani, 57; Nelson Hipolito, 38; and Raymund Del Rosario, 57.
Bayani was arrested in Barangay San Agustin in the City of San Fernando by policemen who served a warrant issued by Judge Robert Alexander Malig of the city’s Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 45 for two counts of child abuse with a recommended bail of P200,000.
The police arrested Hipolito in Barangay Dila-Dila, Sta. Rita town after Judge Gerardo Antonio Santos of the Angeles City RTC Branch 62 issued a warrant against the suspect for violation of sections 11 and 12 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 with no bail recommended.
Meanwhile, policemen from Culaba, Biliran have sought the assistance of the Angeles City police in finding and arresting Del Rosario, the town’s top two most wanted.
The suspect was the subject of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Plenio Dela Pena of Caibiran-Culaba Municipal Circuit Trial Court for child abuse. He was arrested in Balibago, Angeles City.
