P374K ‘shabu’ seized from 3 suspects in Angeles City
ANGELES CITY –– Police here arrested a “high-value target” and two other suspected drug traders who allegedly yielded P374,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation Monday, June 7.
Col. Rommel Batangan, city police director, identified the high-value target as Fahad Diranggarur, and his companions as Jamil Macarambon and Namra Aragon.
Batangan said the suspects were caught selling shabu worth P1,000 to an undercover agent along Convair Street in Barangay Malabanias.
Operatives seized four sachets of suspected shabu weighing 55 grams during the operation.
The three suspects were detained and are facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165 for possession and selling of dangerous drugs.
