Factory worker killed in Bataan road mishap
MARIVELES, Bataan –– A factory worker inside the Freeport Area of Bataan died Tuesday after a truck sideswiped him along Zig-zag Road in this town.
The police identified the fatality as Norvhen Gubian and the truck driver as Jaypee dela Cruz.
Col. Cesar Lumiwes, Mariveles police chief, said Dela Cruz told an investigator that a faulty brake system led the truck to hit Gubian, who was then parking his motorcycle on the roadside.
The truck hit two other pedestrians who were immediately taken to a hospital for treatment.
