Man wanted for rape in Olongapo City nabbed in Bataan
OLONGAPO CITY — A 23-year-old construction worker and one of the most wanted persons in this city was arrested in Bataan, police said on Saturday.
The suspect, identified as Marlon Balucan, is facing rape charges before a local court here, according to the police.
He was arrested along the Roman Super Highway at Barangay Tala in Orani town, Bataan on Friday, May 28.

The arrest was made based on a warrant issued by Judge Gemma Theresa Hilario-Logronio of the Regional Trial Court Branch 12 (family court).
No bail was recommended, police said.
