MANILA, Philippines — Construction of public infrastructures in Marawi is 65-percent complete while ongoing projects in the war-torn city are expected to be finished by December, according to Secretary Eduardo Del Rosario of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.

The goal is to complete the city’s reconstruction within President Duterte’s term, which will end next year, Del Rosario said.
