MANILA, Philippines — Healthcare utilization rate (HCUR) in 14 cities in Metro Manila are now on the “safe” level while three cities in the region are on the “moderate” level, according to OCTA Research.

“DOH considers less than 60% utilization as safe,” OCTA noted in their report.

David also noted that no local government unit in Metro Manila is now on the “critical” level in terms of COVID-19 beds capacity.

“Sa beds wala na, pero sa ICU meron pa,” he, however, told INQUIRER.net in a text message without further elaborating.

(No more at [critical level] on the bed [capacity], but in terms of ICU, there are still some [at the critical level.])
