MANILA, Philippines — The country is expected to have hot and humid weather on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
Pagasa, in its Sunday afternoon forecast, said this is due to the prevailing easterlies.
Metro Manila will have temperatures that range from 26 to 36 degrees Celsius; Tagaytay City at 24 to 34 degrees Celcius; Baguio City at 17 to 27 degrees Celsius; Laoag City at 26 to 34 degrees Celcius; Legazpi City at 26 to 33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City at 25 to 38 degrees Celsius; and Puerto Princesa City at 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.
Likewise, temperatures in Cebu will range from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius; Tacloban, 25 to 30 degrees Celsius; Iloilo 27 to 33 degrees Celsius; Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 33 degrees Celsius; Zamboanga City, 25 to 34 degrees Celsius; and 25 to 33 degrees Celsius in Davao City.
Pagasa said no gale warning is raised as the western part of the country will experience slight to moderate sea conditions, while the eastern part of the country will have moderate sea conditions.
