Most wanted person in Albay town nabbed in Zambales
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales –– Police in Subic town on Wednesday arrested a man tagged as the most wanted person in Polangui town, Albay province.
Irvin Bobis, 45, was nabbed in Barangay Matain based on the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Edwin Ma-alat of Regional Trial Court, Branch 14 in Ligao City on July 16, 2012, for two counts of rape with no bail.
The case stemmed from the complaint of Bobis’ alleged victim, whom he reportedly got pregnant at Barangay Lidong in Polangui.
After learning that the case had been filed in the court, Bobis went into hiding in Zambales for nine years, investigators said. INQ
