In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the state weather bureau said the storm has maximum sustained winds of 110 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of 135 kph as it moves westward at 10 kph.

Due to its trough, cloudy skies with rain showers may be expected in Eastern Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Meanwhile, the rest of Visayas will have marginally cloudy to cloudy weather with chances of isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Further, Pagasa said the Luzon region will experience fair weather, in general, with slightly cloudy to cloudy skies. There are also chances of isolated rain showers on this island due to thunderstorms.
