Ex-inmate arrested in Tacloban City drug bust
ORMOC CITY—A former inmate was arrested for allegedly selling drugs worth at least P32,000.
Marvic Millano, 27, was arrested during a drug bust at the village of 62 in Tacloban City past 6 p.m. on Wednesday (April 14), said Lt. Rey Baldicano, city police chief.
Millano had been arrested for the same offense and was released in November 2020 after the court approved his plea bargaining agreement.
Millano admitted keeping and selling illegal drugs.
He said he had no choice but continued with his illegal trade because he was hooked to drugs and had no other source of income.
He is now detained at a police station in Tacloban and awaiting charges.
