Harry Roque in hospital for COVID-19 treatment
MANILA, Philippines — Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque announced Saturday he is in hospital for COVID-19 treatment.
“I am now admitted in a hospital for Covid treatment. This is to say that COVID-19 is more transmissible now so we have to do extra precaution,” Roque said in a statement.
Despite being in the hospital, Roque said he will still announce this Saturday the new quarantine classifications for the NCR Plus.
“I am asking for your sincerest prayers to all afflicted with Covid 19 in the country and around the world. God bless and protect us all,” Roque said.
It was on March 15 when Roque announced he tested positive for COVID-19. On March 25, he declared he was already COVID-free.

Roque, who has admitted having comorbidities, recently said he would have to wait for three months before getting vaccinated against COVID-19 since he just recovered from illness.
