MANILA, Philippines – One person was injured in a vehicular accident involving a motorcycle and a white Ford along C5 Tuesday, police said.
The driver of the motorcycle was brought to a nearby hospital, said a certain Investigator Monceda who was in charge of the rescue. Although uninjured, the driver of the white Ford, with plate number RKE432, was also brought to the hospital, he added.
In an interview with INQUIRER.net, Monceda said the accident, which the Metro Manila Development Authority said took place at 9:15 a.m., happened near Mercury Drug. The road was cleared at 9:25 a.m., the MMDA said.
Police have yet to identify the victims but Monceda said the motorcycle driver was male and about 20 years old while the driver of the car was also male and about 30 years old.
Monceda said that the cause of the accident was still unknown.
