Masbate gets over 600 vials of AstraZeneca vaccines

LEGAZPI CITY –– Health workers in Masbate numbering 1,218 will be inoculated against coronavirus disease after 60 ten-shot and 618 single-shot vials of AstraZeneca vaccines were delivered on Monday, the Department of Health (DOH) in Bicol said.

Noemi Bron, DOH public affairs chief, said the Masbate Provincial Health Office would receive the vaccines after finishing the vaccine simulation procedure.

The Black Hawk chopper of the Philippine Air Force flew in from Clark Airport in Pampanga around noon to bring the two Cooler boxes containing the vaccine vials.
