“For this year, March 2021, zero or one po ang ating inaasahan na bagyo. Ibig sabihin posibleng wala tayong bagyo for this month of March, or pwede ring magkaroon tayo ng at most isa,” Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja said in a weather forecast issued at 4 a.m.

(We are expecting zero to one storm. This means it is possible that we would not have any storm this month, or we could have at least one.)

“Ngayong araw asahan ‘yung katulad na weather noong mga nakaraang araw, partly cloudy skies o sunny weather sa umaga then sa tanghali medyo mainit at maalinsangan,” Estareja added.

(Today, we can expect the same weather condition as in the previous days. It will be partly cloudy or sunny in the morning, and then we will have hot and humid weather at noon.)
