VP Leni reminisces happy days with late hubby Jesse on Valentine’s Day

MANILA, Philippines — “Feels both like yesterday and a lifetime ago.”
This was Vice President Leni Robredo’s message on Valentine’s Day as she recalled the happy memories with her husband, the late former Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo.

In a Facebook post on Sunday, the Vice President shared a heartwarming photo of her being hugged tightly by Jesse in one of their trips.

Jesse died in a plane crash in 2012. He left behind Leni and their three daughters — Aika, Tricia and Jilian.
This June would have been the couple’s 34th wedding anniversary.
