COA central office flagged for advances

The Commission on Audit (COA) has called out its central office for delays in liquidating cash advances in 2019, with over P11.91 million in travel cash advances to employees still unliquidated. State auditors noted that the COA central office reported a balance of P31.341 million in advances. —JULIE M. AURELIO
