44 Cavite drug suspects nabbed
LUCENA CITY – Police arrested 44 drug suspects in a series of operations in Cavite on Saturday and Sunday.
The drug suspects were collared by anti-narcotic agents in 19 buy-bust operations in Dasmariñas City, Cavite City, Gen. Trias City, Tagaytay City, Bacoor City, Imus City, and the municipalities of General mariano Alvarez, Ternate, Naic, and Tanza, Colonel Marlon Santos, Cavite provincial said.
The operations resulted in the confiscation of 126 sachets of shabu (crystal meth), drug-using items and cash believed to be from the sale of illegal drugs.
Seventy one other individuals were arrested for violation of Covid-19 community health protocols.
