MANILA, Philippines — A Magnitude 4.2 earthquake rocked Ilocos Norte on Wednesday night, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.

According to Phivolcs’ latest bulletin, the earthquake was located 35 kilometers northwest of Pasuquin town and had a depth of 30 kilometers.
Phivolcs did not issue a tsunami warning, and no reports of damage were recorded. However, netizens on Twitter said the earthquake was felt by residents in the area.
