Inquirer Interactive acquires lifestyle brands and custom media services from Hinge

Hinge Inquirer, a niche content company, is home to lifestyle brands Nolisoli, Scout, Preen, Multisport and F&B Report as well as a robust digital and print custom division.

To accelerate the growth of Hinge brands, Inquirer Interactive Inc., the online publisher of INQUIRER.net, is making a bold statement with the acquisition effective February 23, 2021.

INQUIRER.net will be utilizing its expertise and leadership in the digital space to spearhead expansion plans in the next 2-3 years. This move is aligned with the goal of the Inquirer Group of Companies to strengthen its presence across all audience segments.
