Shabu worth P150K seized in Catanduanes

LEGAZPI CITY — Police arrested a high-value drug suspect and seized P150,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a search operation in Virac town in Catanduanes early Tuesday.

Police Major Antonio Perez, Virac town police chief, said Ruben Padilla, 26, was arrested in Barangay Gogon Centro around 1:30 a.m.

Authorities seized 34 sachets of shabu from his residence.
Padilla was on the illegal drugs watch list.
