NDRRMC: P105 M worth of damage in Caraga region due to TD Vicky
MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Vicky has so far caused P105 million worth of damage in Caraga region, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Sunday.
Torrential rains from the tropical cyclone have displaced around 5,000 people in Davao region and Caraga. Earlier, 55 persons were pre-emptively evacuated in Central and Western Visayas.

Vicky also caused power interruption in some areas of Davao region.
At least 83 houses were also reported damaged in Cebu, which was also affected by the tropical depression.
Local officials in Agusan del Sur said this was the worst weather disturbance in Mindanao in recent years.
