The Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the amihan, the state weather bureau said in its 4 p.m. bulletin.

Pagasa said no significant impact is expected from this weather condition.

Meanwhile, localized thunderstorms will bring isolated rain showers in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
