Woman, 53, from Bohol town dies of COVID-19

TAGBILARAN CITY –– A 53-year-old woman from Buenavista town succumbed to the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Bohol province at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18.

Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez, spokesperson of the Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF), said the woman died at the Garcia Memorial Provincial Hospital in Talibon town.

She was immediately buried in compliance with health protocols.

Lopez said the woman had many health problems, especially her kidneys.
