LIST: Metro Manila areas flooded by Ulysses

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday warned the public to take precautionary measures as some streets in Metro Manila which is now under Signal No. 1, are now flooded.

As of 9 a.m. Thursday, the different districts of the PNP in Metro Manila reported the following streets in their respective areas as flooded:
