Appointed only in July, SC Associate Justice Baltazar-Padilla retires
Associate Justice Priscilla Baltazar-Padilla
MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court has accepted the early retirement of Associate Justice Priscilla Baltazar-Padilla.
“The Court approved the application for disability retirement of Justice Priscilla Baltazar-Padilla effective today, 3 November, 2020,” the high court’s Public Information Office announced Tuesday.

The high court did not provide any more details except that her application was for “disability retirement.”
