MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City government on Sunday has started to force evacuate residents living in flood-prone areas.

The local government will force evacuate residents living near creek areas of the following barangays:
District 1:

- Del Monte
- Mariblo
- Masambong
- Sta. Cruz
- Sto. Domingo
- Talayan
- Vasra
District 2:
- Bagong Silangan
- Batasan Hills
- Payatas
District 3:
- Bagumbayan
- Blue Ridge B
- East Kamias
- San Roque
- Socorro
District 4:
- Damayang Lagi
- Doña Imelda
- Roxas
District 5:
- Fairview
- Gulod
- Kaligayahan
- Nagkaisang Nayon
- North Fairview
- Novaliches Proper
- San Agustin
- San Bartolome
- Sta. Lucia
- Sta. Monica
District 6:
- Apolonio Samson
- Baesa
- Balonbato
- Culiat
- Pasong Tamo
- Tandang Sora
As of 1 p.m., the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council said it already evacuated 417 families from low-lying areas of the city.
Metro Manila remains under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4 as Typhoon Rolly made its third landfall in San Narciso, Quezon province at 12 p.m.
