4 thieves nabbed in Laguna

LAGUNA—Four men suspected of stealing motorcycles were arrested in Los Baños and Calamba City on Wednesday.

The first two suspects—Angelito Mamino, 33, and Saturnino Pamplona, 44, both of Calamba City—were caught picking the lock of a motorcycle parked on the street in Barangay San Antonio in Los Baños, at around 8:30 a.m., said town police chief Supt. Dante Novicio.

Their arrest led police to their two cohorts, Fidel Calingan and Francisco Dasalla, who were arrested in their homes in Barangay Sirang-Lupa in Calamba, Novicio said.
