‘Quinta’ makes second landfall over Malinao, Albay
MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Quinta made its second landfall in Malinao, Albay at 6:50 p.m. Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported.
Its first landfall was in San Miguel Island, Tabaco City, Albay at 6:10 p.m.

Quinta intensified into a typhoon on Sunday afternoon hours before it made landfall in areas in the Bicol region.
