3 employees of Negros Occidental office axed from work for falsification of daily time records

BACOLOD CITY –– Three employees of the Negros Occidental Provincial Legal Office were terminated from work for falsification of official document and serious dishonesty.

Lawyers Ernie Magaspag and Roxenne Sumanting, and bookbinder Warlito Butalon, however, can challenge the decision before the Civil Service Commission.

Magaspag said he and Butalon are filing motions for reconsideration.

Sumanting could not be reached for comment as of posting time.

The three of them earlier denied falsifying their Daily Time Records.
