The implementation of the P720-million southeast transmission mains project of Manila Water is in full swing and expected to ensure 24/7 water supply and further improve water pressure in the eastern portion of Metro Manila including Marikina, Pasig, Cainta, Taytay, Binangonan and Antipolo.

Once completed, some 1.5 million residents will directly benefit from the service improvement project. Cainta Mayor Mon Ilagan recently inspected work on the project on Imelda Avenue.
