Frontliners among new 15 COVID-19 cases in Nueva Ecija
CABANATUAN CITY –– Fifteen new cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were recorded in Nueva Ecija, raising to 247 the total tally in the province.
Records from the provincial inter-agency task force showed that some of the new cases were six health care workers from Palayan City and the towns of Laur and San Leonardo.
Also among the latest to get infected with the virus were a security guard, a utility worker, a driver, and elderly residents.
The task force said 166 COVID-19 patients in the province had recovered from the disease, but 19 had died since the onset of the pandemic.
