Authorities try to rescue man threatening to jump off QC building
MANILA, Philippines – Rescuers are trying to stop a man from jumping off a building in Quezon City Monday, a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said.
The report said that authorities were at the scene persuading the still unidentified man from jumping to his death from the 16th floor of the Victoria Towers at the corner of Panay and Timog Avenue in Quezon City.
