Meanwhile, other Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights not included in the list will remain suspended during this period.

Cebu Pacific also advised those with canceled flights may avail the following options:

1.       Unlimited rebooking

Rebook to any travel date within three (3) months from original flight, with change (rebooking) fees and fare difference waived.  If travel is after three (3) months, change fees are waived, but minimal fare difference may apply.

2.       Two-year Travel Fund

Place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund, or a virtual wallet with Cebu Pacific. Valid for two (2) years, the Travel Fund can be used to pay for flights up to a year out, or purchase add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3.       Full refund

Passengers on canceled flights are entitled to a full refund. However, due to the unprecedented volume of requests for refunds, the process may take up to five (5) billing cycles.

The government previously declared that Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan will be placed under less strict general community quarantine.

The said areas were placed under stricter modified enhanced community quarantine due to the sudden increase in coronavirus disease cases.

As of Tuesday, the Philippines logged 169,213 total caseloads with 2,687 deaths and 112,861 recoveries. [ac]
